Rededication of the Ballycastle War Memorial took place in 2015 with the addition of more names of those from the local community who served in both World Wars.
A bench seat next to the war memorial features the symbols of the red poppy and the green shamrock. It reads: "In honour of Irish men and women who fought and worked for the Allies, 1939-1945."
A bench seat next to the war memorial commemorates the launch of H.M.S. Belfast, built bu Messrs. Harland and Wolff Ltd. in 1938.
