John Roderick "Rory" Quinn

A.R.P. Warden John Roderick Quinn was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. Known as Rory, he lived at 46 California Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

He was the son of John Quinn and Margaret Quinn of Ballymacbredon, Magheralin, Co. Down. John Roderick Quinn died on 16th April 1941 aged 18 years old at either 41 Unity Street, Belfast (Commonwealth War Graves) or A.R.P. Post 396, 20a Unity Street, Belfast (Barton).
