He lived with his wife Elizabeth Shaw Ferguson, daughters Agnes Ferguson and Mary Jane Ferguson, and sons Richard Ferguson and Andrew Ferguson Jr. at 24 Ohio Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
