Civilian Alexander Norman Elkin was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Alexander McNeill Elkin and Mary Elkin, and brother William Ronald Elkin at 29 Avoca Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Alexander Norman Elkin died on 16th April 1941 aged 1 year old at 29 Avoca Street, Belfast.
