Co. Fermanagh Fusilier Oliver Gilroy of 1st Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers was a prisoner of war in Burma at his time of death on 3rd September 1942.
Belfast-born Sergeant Paul McLarnon served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve with No. 11 Operational Training Unit. He died on 3rd September 1942.
