Civilian William Vincent Ballantine was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived at 126 Whitewell Road, Greenisland, Co. Antrim at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

He was the son of George Ballantine of 21 Aigburth Park, Belfast. William Vincent Ballantine died on 16th April 1941 aged 30 years old at 126 Whitewell Road, Greenisland, Co. Antrim.
