Firewatcher Thomas George Bell was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his father Charles Bell at 2 Beit Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Thomas George Bell died on 8th April 1941 aged 38 years old at Harland and Wolff Ltd., Queens Road, Belfast. Thomas George Bell’s grave is in Glenalina Extension, Section E, Grave 378 of Belfast City Cemetery, Belfast. A funeral service took place on 10th April 1941 from Messrs. Melville and Co. Ltd., Townsend Street, Belfast.
