Civilian Sarah Douglas was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents William Douglas and Emily Douglas, brother William Douglas, and sister Margaret Douglas at 8 Ballynure Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Sarah Douglas died on 16th April 1941 aged 1 year old at 4 Ballynure Street, Belfast.
