Civilian Samuel Stewart McComb Elliott was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Sarah McPherson Elliott at 31 Percy Street at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.
He was the son of Alexander Elliott and Thomasina Elliott of 16 Boyne Square, Sandy Row, Belfast. Samuel Stewart McComb Elliott died on 16th April 1941 aged 32 years old at 31 Percy Street, Belfast.
