Ordinary Seaman Edward Anderson (P/SSX 27561) served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War. He was the son of John Alexander Anderson and Elizabeth Anderson of Regent Street, Belfast.

Ordinary Seaman Anderson died on 14th October 1939 aged 18 years old while serving on H.M.S. Royal Oak. He has no known grave and his name is on Panel 33, Column 3 of the Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England.
