Boy 1st Class Andrew McGugan (D/JX 170962) served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War. He was the son of Andrew McGugan and Margaret McGugan of Coleraine, Co. Londonderry.

Boy 1st Class McGugan died on 1st May 1942 aged 18 years old while serving on H.M.S. Punjabi. He has no known grave and his name is on Panel 67 of the Plymouth Naval Memorial, Plymouth, Devon, England.
