Signalman Vincent Cyril Price (P/JX 126917) served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War. He was the son of Arthur Herbert Price and Annie Eliza Price, and the husband of Annie Jane Price of Ballinlea, Ballycastle, Co. Antrim.
Signalman Price died on 3rd May 1940 aged 29 years old while serving on H.M.S. Afridi. He has no known grave and his name is on Panel 40, Column 2 of the Portsmouth Naval Memorial, Portsmouth, Hampshire, England.
