Civilian Robert Finlay was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his father John Finlay at 20 Rowan Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Robert Finlay died on 16th April 1941 aged 22 years old at Atlantic Avenue, Belfast.
