A.R.P. Messenger Phares Hill Welsh was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Phares Hill Welch and Agnes Welsh at 28 Paxton Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Phares Hill Welsh died on 16th April 1941 aged 16 years old at Thorndyke Street, Belfast.
