A.R.P. Warden Murdugh George Baird was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his parents Francis Baird and Jeannie Baird at 26 Eastland Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Murdugh George Baird died on 16th April 1941 aged 19 years old at Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast. Murdugh George Baird’s grave is in Glenalina Extension, Section A, Grave 312 of Belfast City Cemetery, Belfast. A funeral service took place at 1430hrs on 19th April 1941 from Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast.
