Civilian May Smyth was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents Gunner James Smyth (His Majesty’s Forces) and Ellen Smyth, brother Lawrence Smyth, and sisters Elizabeth Smyth and Sadie Smyth at 22 Barbour Street, Greencastle, Co. Antrim at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

May Smyth died on 5th May 1941 aged 10 years old at 22 Barbour Street, Greencastle, Co. Antrim.
