Civilian Mary Guy was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her husband William Henry Guy, daughter Mary Doreen Guy, and sons Sydney Guy and Reginald Guy at 22 Percy Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Mary Guy died on 16th April 1941 aged 50 years old at Percy Street, Belfast.
