Mary Carter

Mary Carter was one of seven members of the family to die as a result of Luftwaffe bombing on Dock Street during the Easter Raid of the Belfast Blitz.

Civilian Mary Carter was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her parents Joseph Carter Sr. and Mary Ann Carter, sisters Alice Carter, Sarah Carter, Kathleen Carter, and brother Joseph Carter Jr. at 13 Dock Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

Mary Carter died on 16th April 1941 aged 9 years old at 13 Dock Street, Belfast.
