Civilian Mary Anne Cooke was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her husband Patrick Cooke, and son Thomas Cooke at 34 Unity Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

She was the daughter of John Kearney and Margaret Kearney. Mary Anne Cooke died on 16th April 1941 aged 47 years old at 34 Unity Street, Belfast.
