Civilian Mabel Alexandra Clarke was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. She lived with her husband James Henry Clarke at Glenrosa House, Glenrosa Street South, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

She was the daughter of James Moore and Charlotte Moore of Glenrosa House, Glenrosa Street South, Belfast. Mabel Alexandra Clarke died on 16th April 1941 aged 29 years old at 19 Hogarth Street, Belfast. Mabel Alexander Clarke’s grave is with her husband James Henry Clarke in Carnmoney Cemetery, Carnmoney, Co. Antrim. A funeral service took place at 1030hrs on 20th April 1941 from Messrs. Melville and Co. Ltd., Townsend Street, Belfast.
