Ulster Special Constabulary Constable James Thompson was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Margaret Thompson at 158 Greenville Road, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

He was the son of Andrew Thompson and Elizabeth Thompson. James Thompson died on 5th May 1941 aged 36 years old at Dunraven Avenue, Belfast.
