Royal Ulster Constabulary Constable James Meaklim was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his wife Margaret Meaklim at 107 Shore Road, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

James Meaklim died on 16th April 1941 aged 38 years old at York Road, Belfast.
