Civilian James Fletcher was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz during the Second World War. He lived with his mother Martha Fletcher at 62 Heather Street, Belfast at the time of the Luftwaffe attack on the city.

James Fletcher died on 16th April 1941 aged 46 years old at 62 Heather Street, Belfast.
