Fusilier Leslie Love (6984566) served in 70th Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers during the Second World War. He was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz. He was the husband of Frances Gertrude Love of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England. Leslie Love died on 16th April 1941 aged 34 years old at Newtownards Airfield, Newtownards, Co. Down.
His grave is in Section B, Row M6, Grave 8 of Carlton Cemetery, Nottinghamshire, England. His headstone bears the inscription:
