Fusilier Hugh Fulton (6984727) served in 70th Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers during the Second World War. He was a fatal casualty of the Belfast Blitz. He was the son of William Moffett Fulton and Julia Fulton of Markethill, Co. Armagh. Hugh Fulton died on 16th April 1941 aged 17 years old at Newtownards Airfield, Newtownards, Co. Down.

His grave is in St. Luke’s Church of Ireland Churchyard, Balleek, Co. Armagh. His headstone bears the inscription:

On the tearless shore to part no more, we shall meet our loved ones there.
