Serjeant Thomas Alexander Blemings (6977259) served in 2nd Battalion, Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers during the Second World War. He was the son of Robert Blemings and Elizabeth Blemings of Dyan, Co. Tyrone.

Serjeant Blemings died on 18th January 1944 aged 34 years old. His grave is in Section III, Row A, Grave 1 of Minturno War Cemetery, Italy. His headstone bears the inscription:

Our beloved son and brother. “Thy will be done”.
