Rifleman John Campbell Lackey (7015445) served in the Royal Ulster Rifles during the Second World War. He was the son of Arthur Lackey and Sarah Lackey, and the husband of Agnes or Elsie Lackey of 182 Wilton Street, Belfast.

Rifleman Lackey died on 3rd May 1940 aged 33 years old. His grave is in Section J1, Grave 359 of Belfast City Cemetery, Belfast. A funeral service took place on 6th May 1940. His headstone bears the inscription:
