Private Charles McKee (2718886) served in 1st Battalion Worcestershire Regiment during World War Two. He was the son of Robert McKee and Georgina McKee (née Thomas) of Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim.

Charles McKee died on 4th November 1941 aged 19 years old. His grave is in Section 3, Row B, Grave 7 of Asmara War Cemetery, Eritrea. His headstone bears the inscription:

At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember him.
