Private Barry John Stubbings (5392025) served in the Oxford and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry during World War Two. Born in 1926 in Woolwich, London, he was the son of Allan John Stubbings and Kathleen Muriel Stubbings (née Hughes) of Dartington, Devon, England.

Barry John Stubbings died on 14th March 1942 aged 16 years old. His grave is in Section 5X, Grave 20 of Bangor New Cemetery, Bangor, Co. Down.
