On 20th October 1941, Lieutenant Bainbridge photographed sappers of the Inland Water Transport patrolling on Lough Neagh, the largest lake in Northern Ireland.
On 20th October 1942, Lieutenant J.R. Bainbridge once again visited Larne Harbour in Co. Antrim to photograph the ongoing work completed on the new jetty.
